Due to COVID & as a Micro Business, ALL residential deliveries are made at the end of the business day, unless otherwise prearranged. We find that most of our recipients are home around that time and prefer not to leave our “pretties” in the elements or for any “unsavory” characters to help themselves to. In the case that the recipient isn’t home, redelivery will incur a charge of $5 - $10 (dependent on location). It is ESSENTIAL that we are provided with the RECIPIENT’S phone number (we promise that we won’t ruin the surprise), in order to provide prompt & efficient deliveries and to coordinate redelivery.
